Horrible management! There is no job stability they will fire you anytime without any reason or documentation. They micromanage you to the core. They will fire you the first few weeks starting because they don't like you or a team member might not like you. Not the place to leave your job for.

Metrics, metrics, metrics. They micromanage the heck out of your day with all sorts of reports they have to track your success; They change their "key focus" every week and just add more and more to do every week without taking anything off your plate. They promise you promotions but unless you're on budget (which you can't always control especially when they make it hard to meet) you can kiss it goodbye... but they will make you work the job without the title or pay.
