      Pros

      The team, the mission(s): professional development as well as humanitarian! If you "care" about your job and "work hard" for REX, REX will "work" for you!

      Cons

      High volume of business but it's really not a con when you consider the pace at which you are learning. It's like packing years worth of experience into every month. (Not to mention you are never bored!)
