      Cons

      Not the right people on the right seat of the bus. No understanding of process and procedures. ID's stay away if you have 5+ years experience.

      Pros

      Work from Home Office, ability to network . Great program for office conversions looking to grow their business after challenging real estate market. Tools and services are great!

      Cons

      Micro-management, Regional Directors have zero franchise sales backgrounds, lack of consistancy - Most Franchise owners do not see value in brand in some markets. To much turnover sets a tone of fear and doesnt create a positive working enviroment.

      Absolutely no pros to this job, no support in Dundee office, just fees

      Cons

      £1200 initial fee for 'training' plus monthly desk fee of £126 (higher for different areas). Office is a broom cupboard next to toilets. No team, no camaraderie, sales fee of 0.7% of which office owner takes 40%. Modern day slavery. If you try to resign, they attempt to prolong the process in order to charge another month desk fee. Please avoid at all costs signing up with this company.
