Amazing growth company, who are playing in growing markets (wireless communication standards and communication chips) Growing stock price, which means equity based compensation is meaningful Generally speaking, talented professionals and well managed company
Cons
This is specific to QCT engineering organization: Given the level of specialization required for many roles, its difficult to move from one team to another If you have a good role, and are in a good team, you are in a very good spot. If not, its not as rosy, as its not very easy to change teams. Also, base compensation lags other tech companies; Qualcomm makes up for it with the overall package, but the monetary compensation can be higher.
