Pros
The corporate was located in Santa Barbara and was a really nice place. Lots of people have worked 15+ years in this company. They are friendly and can teach you lots of skills and knowledge as a mentor. The work-life balance is very good. People seldom are asked to work over time. The management level is flat. So the communication between different teams are important. But recently the company was acquired by another private company. Now it's running quite differently and becoming more aggressive in the growth. It causes quite a lot of change to meet the different goals that the owner set.
Cons
It really depends on each individual to figure what fits the most for him/her. I like the warmth and friendliness of the working environment. But some people, it may feels very slow, and not exciting. Also the technology used by this company is not very popular and up to date. The compensation is at average level.
