The work is challenging. Management is very supportive and allows for growth. They give you many opportunities. If you are willing to work hard you will find promotions are available. Very international atmosphere that will expose you to many things outside the normal American company.

Cons

Work life balance is hard. The organization is lean so it can be demanding.
