Growing rapidly in North America and really getting their feet - opportunities to make a positive impact are endless. They stress that they care about their people and do a great job at talent retention.

Cons

If you're not a self starter it can be hard to gain traction on a career path for yourself and understand next steps necessary to gain that level. Benefits could be a bit improved.

Best boss ever...best co-workers ever!

Cons

Horrible planning and disorganization on a corporate level. Some of this is pandemic related, supply chain etc. A large part of it is simply disorganization within the organization. More of a clerical role than a sales position. Every day is all about giving the customer bad news. Not a very good feeling.

Management is puppet of regional hq, no support on professional development. Everyone leaving so leftovers are stretched. Great at bending rules especially when it comes to compensation.
