      Pros

      The salary for the area is very good. The company offers an extensive benefit package.

      Cons

      Expected to be available on off days; will get calls on weekends, holidays, and vacation time. Managers and supervisors work under very stressful conditions and will always put the company before employees.

      Pros

      Work with good people, intellectually stimulating, managers try to give good work-life balance. Only reason I put two stars on here instead of one is because I know that there's child slave labor in other parts of the world.

      Cons

      Quintessential corporate America -- your soul gets crushed over time. You could spend hours and hours going above and beyond on something and it genuinely won't mean a thing. Incredibly slow moving and boring company where you sit at a computer screen all day. Then when you are on the shop floor the unionized mechanics are all lazy and waste millions of dollars of the company's money. And then the company enacts cost-curtailment where they can't even pay for coffee in the office and lunch is not subsidized but rather actually more expensive than buying it somewhere else. Everything regarding company messaging is fake and just meant to appeal to what they think society as a whole wants.
