Pros

The Employee Scholar Program is great.

Cons

Starting salaries are competitive, but raise pools are level with inflation. In most years, exceptional performers can expect raise differentiation of 2-3% over the raise pool. Engineers are "strongly encouraged" by management to work lots of uncompensated casual overtime and hours above 40 per week cannot be documented - which is illegal on government projects. Politics in many groups can be cutthroat - but that's true in many other companies. Staff turnover is high in comparison with other 2 companies where I've worked.
