The company values are amazing. The people that we hire are passionate about people and their teams. We better people's day frequently and have fun doing it. Tons of room to grown and explore.

Cons

Total compensation needs a lot of work. No perks. The organization is a bit unorganized. I can't see myself making Philz Coffee a long-term career.
