Pros

Ability to learn about other therapeutic modalities.

Cons

Worse pay and benefits than Seagen. No onsite lectures for professional growth. Huge company with impersonal feel. Most work systems are antiquated / less intuitive to use. CEO and higher-level leaders seem less genuine and are hyperfocused on costs/efficiency.

Pros

Smart, hard-working people Good pay/benefits

Cons

-Equity and Integrity are just words thrown around to meet metrics -Nepotism rules with “pretend” interviews used to mask placing who they choose in positions others are more qualified for -Weak management just getting weaker -No job stability -job cuts removing diversity in mgmt and anyone with a voice

Pros

Oncology in La Jolla is a great place.

Cons

CEO, Albert, refers to PhDs as laborers in townhalls. I dont need to say more, if you have advanced degrees you should not be considered as a laborer. Its rude and condescending to have the CEO make a public dismissal of the scientist that make perform the research for future drugs.
