      Pros

      Money is very good, will have the opportunity to earn 5K a month every month if you are good enough and have enough experience in the motor trade. GM is fantastic. Company training initially is fun and company cars are nice!

      Cons

      Tough competition with other SEs being "bedded in" for many years and showcasing different sales styles. Hours are long and challenging, pressure goes from 0-100 very quick. Some stressed SE causes some interesting situations.

      It was a stationary store and think everything was good and easy, except some difficulties.

      Pros

      Definetly customers cuz most of them were usually students, and i like comunicating with young generations.

      Cons

      At my position the most difficult was worktime, we use to work 13hours everyday,including holydays (from 9 am to 10 pm) and i was the one who opens and closes the store.
