Pros

At Petrobras, you get a lot of trainning, there are a lot of perks. You know you can have a long career there. People are nice there too.

Cons

As a Software Engineer in a non Software Company, you have more to guarantee that the systems are working well for users (people that actually make the money) than to create new tools. Too many times you are learning about new software bought by Company, too few you are creating new software.
