Its a job but very hostile workplace

Get to work on cars get to talk with other people get the sense of helping others.

Cons

Commission sucks as a installer you will spend about 80% of the time cleaning up most of the time the other mechanics will not clean up there mess. So that means you are really getting minimum wage and that's it. You do not get paid the commission even if you work hard at cleaning. Since I'm the newest guy there I get blamed for every thing and get "chewed out" even though its not my fault for example the shop garage door got derailed the railings were already bad and they still blamed it on me.

Lot of heritage and great brand recognition. Still lots of opportunities to improve and make the organization better.

Cons

With little turnover, you have some employees believing they are still in the good old days. Need to continue to improve all processes there

Decent benefits. Good opportunities in making money by commissions Good place to learn who to manage a store. Good product and services packages.

Cons

Too much micromanagement. Lack of knowledge from corporate into the auto service industry. A lot of new services still in early development stages.
