      Pros

      You constantly get to meet new people and network with customers. Management staff is alright and they seem to hire decent employees.

      Cons

      The pay. Horrible. $11/h plus very very small commissions. If you're an honest person you won't make much working as a Service Advisor. Large amount of customers come in wanting the absolute cheapest oil change/service possible and will still treat you like crap after you have bent over backwards for them and gave them the 10% off discount that they so often demand.

      Great frontline employees, lots of growth opportunities. They all want to do well and crave training and support.

      Cons

      Needs to find its direction, just purchased by Ichan and merging with Auto Plus.
