      Not bad Workplace with Fun Days, but Room for Improvement in Compensation and Processes

      Pros

      - Fun and enjoyable workdays, creating a positive atmosphere. - Thoughtful gifts on holidays - A well-stocked kitchen with food and beverages - Friendly, supportive colleagues (CC department) - Flexible hybrid work options (but certain days from office, you cannot choose)

      Cons

      - Salary is below market rates, which can impact overall job satisfaction. - Internal processes are often cumbersome, making it difficult to navigate and get things done efficiently. - Limited opportunities for career advancement and promotions, leading to a lack of long-term growth potential. - Numerous rules that feel unnecessary - Inconvenient schedule with rigid and short 10-minute breaks, and a long 45-minute lunch break that doesn’t always align with productivity needs.

      Pros

      Pros are few and far between sadly and they seem to be going in the opposite direction.

      Cons

      An underwhelming and inefficient management in Ireland with little to no internal policies to support or protect employees nor a desire to do so. This allows management free rein to bring in new rules without any consultation, consideration or come back. Unpleasant office environment with an enforced office attendance for junior staff members while senior management enjoy the flexibility to work abroad or 100% remotely. Next to no beneficial training provided by the company, you’re expected to train yourself. Be well versed in Middle East politics as it’s imbedded in the culture and not in a positive way. Overall this is not a place you would want to work long term hence the extremely high staff turnover in Dublin.
