      Pros

      PTO is great, but that’s about it.

      Cons

      Leadership is completely lost. They are so far behind other media companies, they’ve resorted to essentially throwing darts to see what works. They are cutting costs to a point where networks can’t operate which I imagine is due to them positioning the sale of the Corp but places a huge burden on the remaining staff and the tons of freelancers they use to avoid paying benefits.

      Pros

      - flexible work schedule - great work/life balance - There are some real gems in leadership that will help you grow in your role and career.

      Cons

      - CBSi is like high school. Not a private high school that prepares you for college. It is more like the public high school you just happen to be zoned to attend. Your experience depends on what clique you join. - Most of the middle management is just there to accrue PTO. Forget about support from your manager or general leadership. (unless you win the 'good manager' lottery) - There is a lot of bureaucracy and unwillingness to disrupt the status quo so things move slow. - Annual review feedback goes unaddressed. - Compensation = popcorn
