      Pros

      The work environment still has remnants of when it was a startup company. With a young and casual atmosphere comes happy hours (every third Thursday is on the company) and fun inter office activities. CBS has many subsidiaries so you could potentially (though maybe not easily) try something new.

      Cons

      There isn't too much opportunity for growth. It's a big company but while I was there, it seemed like they hired more from the outside than they did from within. Also, it is hard to move around within the company (into other websites and mediums).

      Pros

      They really make sure you feel like a part of the team. I've had a great experience and can really say I appreciate all my co-workers

      Cons

      They are becoming less and less creative as a network. The programming is weak and it is becoming a tougher sell to many clients
