      Great community Great perks Great social opportunities Open door management

      Cons

      Salary less than comparable positions outside the company. Slow advancement Frequent increase in reponsibility without pay incrase or new title. Disconnect in the line of communication. Doesnt take advantage of the knowledge of employees who are closer to the target market in age.
