      Pros

      Creative hip atmosphere, lots of young people, possibility of running into celebrities and getting the first look into new media content, chances to participate in projects

      Cons

      High turn-over rate, job security is somewhat unstable, hard to get hired full-time (usually easier to get hired for free-lance projects)

      Pros

      Very cool place to work; fast-paced and fun! Great people, good working conditions (love the "cafeteria") and great management team.

      Cons

      Has had financial problems lately, like everyone, and layoffs continue. no rhyme or reason as to who gets laid off.

      Pros

      Friendly working environment and co-workers, good quality of life. Not a lot of sustained long hours, and a somewhat low stress environment most of the time.

      Cons

      Frustrating bureaucratic structure and lack of communication and understanding between different departments makes it hard to solve problems or get things done.
