      Pros

      Cutting edge of internet content. Good working conditions. Latest technology. Flexible working hours. Sense of community, especailly when sites are updated, highlighted or new content released.

      Cons

      Changes made without clear instruction/ effect on work at hand. Plan department meetings near the middle of the month interrupt month end activities. Full resources to complete projects in the scheduled time.

      good name, very well known. it will definitely impress future employers, your friends, family etc. fun enviorment. casual dress code

      the people are sometimes too uptight. they wind themselves around their daily jobs of fawning over celebrities and things taht dont really matter too much.

      Pros

      Fun place to work, people are really great and everyone is very smart. Third Thursdays are always a great way to connect with everyone.

      Cons

      It seems like the opportunity for advancement isn't there. I also left before CBS acquired the company, so that could be a downside.
