      Great name for resume .Looks great on your resume. Alot of opportunities may present themselves. They allow you to work in departments that you may have interest in besides your own. To test the water for career change

      Cons

      Entry Level pays is very low. They can afford to pay more than $20,000's salaries. Especially for the work you put in

      Pros

      Stable work environment, good training programs, benefit programs are top notch, working with top tier brands, good team relationships, Interactive Media is growing in the marketplace.

      Cons

      Lots of processes which can slow work flow, little opportunity for advancement (Sr. Managers have been in the same positions for years and they don't seem to be going anywhere anytime soon.
