Pros

Love the cafeteria, interesting people, interesting projects, fun atmosphere

Cons

Was told I could get hands-on experience in the internship I never received, really bad desk set-up for an intern, never worked with or spoke to the person who was supposed to be my supervisor.

Pros

Great young and hip environment...recognized virtually worldwide...and perks are unlimited. From complimentary drinks, cover charges waived, VIP treatment to most places :) The familiarity and welcomeness is global. The networking opportunities are endless in all divisions...one big happy family.

Cons

The cons..are that the compensation packages lack in glitz and luster. Basically the name is the bargaining chip and how well you use it to get to the next level in your professional career.

Pros

Benefits are good, great brands and things to work. Exposure to lots of different platforms that continue to push the boundries of pop-culture.

Cons

There is no clear path of career development at all. Promotions are entirely subjective. Amazingly, some crappy people are promoted while other stellar employees languish in the same roles. Makes no sense.
