Pros

Great benefits, strong leadership, very nice co-workers

Cons

Typical growing pains…growing fast and experiencing what you might expect when you’re not prepared to scale. Onboarding is confusing at best. I still have no clue who my HR contact should be.

Pros

If you are lucky, You got to work with fun and creative people. this job has good work/life balance and flexible work time. You can have fun at work with a lot of interesting content and people. Company provides pretty good compensation and benefit package including work advantages, access to a lot of employee discounts.

Cons

Managment is not open-minded to different opinions, provides less recognition and respect for embracing the difference and diversities. The technical environment could be better organized, and the talented workers could be better promoted. Personal development is not very well recognized and there is no clear path/guidance/ efforts/help from management for an individual employee.
