Pros

Free weekly screenings (guests allowed) of current films in awesome Paramount Theater, special historical screenings with amazing special guest and food, tons of volunteer opportunities with one full paid day devoted to philanthropy, ongoing mentor/reading programs with nearby schools, excellent health benefits, 401k, long Christmas and other generous holiday breaks, tuition reimbursement and free seminars and classes, business and park discounts, employee affinity groups (basically clubs) with free lunches and events on and off the lot, access to all corners of the lot where movies and television shows are filmed.

Cons

Yearly layoffs, poor review process that was recently changed but doesn't seem better, low pay compared to some (but better than others), a lot of executives but few people actually sharing the work load, overall experience varies heavily on what department you work in.
