The parent company Danaher destroyed the experience. Do not work for Pantone. My team ran rampant and was sexist and abusive and management allowed it. The parent company had v weird expectations that were not observed - only when they visited. The parent company was legally aggressive and forceful terminating employees. There was no interest in employees whatsoever except as mindless drones - anyone on the manufacturing floor was treated as a mindless “cog”. No additional training. Tools provided for testing that did not work. Incorrect gauges resulting in massive losses of time and resources- people were penalized for caring and rewarded for apathy. Uncaring not present upper management. A real unwinding of a color juggernaut. A terrible experience. I loved my job and hated everything else. Terrible pay. Endured verbal abuse from my co worker daily who was allowed to run rampant.
