Poor decision making at senior management level

Though its been a few years since my Charleston Panalpina experience but I am occasionally reminded of just how bad my 90 days there was. Absolutely zero training on bling processes so literally thrown to the wolves and set up to fail. Management had no interest in seeing employees succeed. What was used for billing clients was often out dated. I later learn of backstabbing throwing under bus coworkers that drank alcohol in the office. Can not say enough in detail of my horrible experience. Maybe was just this one location but that’s doubtful.
