meritocracy culture. stability. opportunities to work abroad. It used to be a german/swiss boy's club, but not anymore (thanks to Monika Ribar and her mgm team)
Cons
short term focused. absence of a structured training concept for new commers. too much centralized decision making out of swiss HQ. too heavy corporate structure leads to heavy corporate overheads, which negatively affects the local business units
