Pros
Panalpina is a small enough company that your efforts are acknowledged. People make the difference. Most are really down to earth, treat you kindly and are nice to work with. The motto is "Passions for Solutions" and I believe there is a huge effort made by a majority of the associates to continue to keep Panalpina as a major contender in the supply chain and logistics industry.
Cons
Difficult to implement business is perhaps one of the most severe problems at Panalpina. IT landscape needs a major boost.
