Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated. sCrew Scheduling is a joke. They will manipulate every aspect of the bidding and scheduling system to make life impossible.

Great benefits but challenging reserve life and bases

Wholly-owned subsidiary of American Airlines so your benefits are the same as mainline employees!

Cons

Reserve life is horrendous and bases (PHL, DFW, CLT, DAY, DCA) are getting larger without many lines being added.
