Pros

Travel benefits. You can set days you can and cannot work.

Cons

There are days when you work very long hours. You are paid when the airplane door closes. When they open the airplane door, the pay stops as you are helping handicapped passengers off the airplane.

Pros

The people I work with are top notch! The talent of the training team is outstanding. The facility and equipment is five star! Honestly I couldn’t be happier.

Cons

Not really a con but worth mentioning here. This is not the easiest on the job training program as it is designed to create the best talent. If you are willing to do the work the rewards will far exceed your expectations hands down!

Pros

Flight Benefits Interesting experiences Travel

Cons

Low wages, as it’s difficult to get more than 100 hours/pay each month. Incompetent crew scheduling creates a lot of inconvenience. Company’s sole focus is operational needs and flight attendants are viewed as “resources,” not humans. Very low moral and high turn over rate Training is chaotic and poor
