      Not much room for growth

      Pros

      At first, PIRCH was a fun and exciting place to work. Several perks, fun co-workers. And a "sky's the limit" overall feeling. There were rumors of potential stock options. Several locations across the country where you could potentially transfer to. Good benefits. No time clock to punch. Just work your hours, and get your work done, and you won't be scrutinized. Everything was about the culture here.

      Cons

      Fast forward 5 years... The management team has been completely replaced. From CEO to COO to HR team. And every other dept. Lots of recent lay-offs. Entire departments were cut. Now a new team has been hired and there is no longer a family vibe. Culture has been all but forgotten. With the new team and changes, comes a lot of disorganization. There is a feeling of uncertainty; where are we headed... will I have a job tomorrow... That sort of feeling makes it a stressful environment for most.

      Pros

      The biggest pro as stated in the title is the culture, which comes all the way from the top. Great company that employs only the best. It's the first place I have worked where I genuinely enjoy being there every day. Customer service comes first. Everyone in the company truly cares about our clients, and wants to be the best part of everyone's day. I'm quite proud to be an employee. The company is new, fun, and growing! Changing the face of the industry.

      Cons

      Absolutely no cons as of yet in my opinion. Great culture, great people, great product. What more could you want?
