Change Perspective to Help Company in the Long Run

Beautiful stores, great people to work with, benefits package is good, some vendors offer employee discounts.

Cons

Upper management continues to let go of good, necessary employees in order to hire more upper management. I'm not sure how much longer HQ will be able to support the showrooms with so few support staff left. Layoffs are still happening randomly - which creates a tense atmosphere where staff all thinks they might be next. No one is given notice that someone is no longer with the company, leaving people who were collaborating with them scrambling. This negatively affects the stores and customers. Upper management doesn't seem to be interested to know your name or how you contribute to the company's success. It's unfortunate, because their people are their strongest assets, yet they don't seem to see it that way.

-Uncapped earnings -Great networking opportunities -No micro management -Restructured and fixed what was broken -Growing company -Great work environment (you'll want to come to work)

Cons

Non (literally can not think of a single one) This place has not given me a reason to think in any other way besides positively

There is nothing good to say.

Cons

Everyone was miserable and the turn over rate was ridiculous. I'm 100% sure they are manipulating the glassdoor ratings.
