Pros

Not a lot of presure here. Work is not overly demanding or really that hard. Generally everyone gets along and is profesional.

Cons

-PTC Creo/Windchill is the main software for mechanical drafting. -Seems to be many hours of no work which can be boring and you have to drag out the work you get.

Pros

This job was on a winter contract in McMurdo Station, Antarctica. This is a great opportunity to see the seventh continent while getting a free trip through New Zealand (we deploy va Christchurch, NZ).

Cons

There is a lot of unnecessary turnover due to a lot of government budget constraints. I know employees typically blame PAE, but most of the problems stem from too many cuts.
