Pros

Good charitable organisation. Established volunteers are a nice generous bunch not enough of them though.

Cons

Hard to get good volunteers. Rivalry between managers of different stores, within the area patch. Unrealistic targets. Upper management do not listen. Favourites are usually the shops in the affluent areas. Those shops get the most support. Lots of working times outside of contracted hours. Lack of transparency between senior management and shop management. Organisation too top heavy. Lack of support for shop managers.

They don't appreciate voluntary work either for free or if you are employed. They ate sometimes too bossy or they do not care about your needs.
