Pros

I get to work with some of the smartest and most talented people I've met. We have great benefits, and a fun culture. I also enjoy solving real world problems and getting see the impact my work has directly on customers.

Cons

Most of the engineering managers are first time managers, so its currently a bit unstructured in terms of a longer term career ladder. A VP of engineering is joining next month so I think that will bring better structure to the organization.

a rising tide lifts all boats, and there are incredible growth opportunities for folks to step up coworkers are by and large very smart, driven, and collegial

great work culture, very mission driven, always feels like a small team despite the quick growth, good work life balance with unlimited vacation, great benefits, etc.

Cons

quick growth means responsibility comes in waves, and there's a bit of thrash with things changing so rapidly. That said, the fundamentals of the culture have been remarkably robust
