The culture is great and everyone I've come in contact with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I've also been able to learn and take on new tasks quickly, which can be difficult in larger corporations.

Cons

I don't really have any cons so far, my experience has been great.

Pros

Opendoor provides opportunities to grow one's skill and mindset in many different areas. In my experience, the fast-paced atmosphere creates very fluid and effective communication between team members.

Cons

I think cons/issues can arise when one is not paying attention to their personal work/life balance. (It's easy to get wrapped up in the work that needs to be done, but team members are generally very respectful when it comes to the importance of an individual's work/life balance.)
