Open work environment (no offices). Endless snacks. Causal work environment - causal dress. Music. Common goal driven. Good vaca and sick plan.

Cons

Mostly entry level and lower mid level positions/pay. Seems to be a lack of appreciation for experience 2 years or 15 years earns the same pay.
