Pros

We are changing the traditional way people gets their job or hire or paid or saves money so the confidence of the team leaders in our capacities encourage us to find new opportunities for improvement

Cons

We have been so messy in our expansion process, we know where we are going but not how everybody works helps with it. We aren't applying our vision and mission because few people know them and I perceived a common disagreement with processes as sensitive as payroll (which should be an easier one because it's our core business)

- Very transparent company - Great working environment - Constantly creating new things

Cons

I personally love the pace of the company but if you don't like constant change it might be overwhelming.

Ontop is a result-oriented company and its growth has proven it, and the best part, fully-remote.

Cons

Some internal processes are still not well estructure. I believe it's the consequences of being an early stage company.
