Salary is so-so but not enough. Flexible schedule because of teach and go Students are respectful Co-teachers are also respectful (depends on what department are you in)

Teach and go, salary competitive, students and families are manageable

Cons

No further trainings aside from initial Montessori training, salary growth is stagnant, curriculum is boxed so you can't make changes immediately even if students suffer.
