Equipment supply was OK. IT support useless.

Cons

Employees leave managers, not organisations. Local managers run business by phone. I got disciplined by phone a week after being told I was doing a great job. As an Organisation they offer contracts that are unsustainable and unrealistic. Jobs advertised at 12.00 - 20.00 Monday to Friday are simply not going to be filled. They know nothing.

company culture not transparent, things were discussed outside meeting rooms; transition from trainee to junior position very difficult and not possible earlier than after 1,5 years, high employee fluctuation, low salary
