      Toxic workplace, unstable rota, unprofessional behaviour and bullying at work

      I can't find pros, i had to resign due to some severe issues at work

      Cons

      Teamwork non existing, blaming each other for mistakes instead of motivating each other, bullying at work, unstable rota pattern, and so much more
