      Pros

      Growing brand with profitable business. Culture of rotation gives several opportunities for those who are open to them (aka mobile)

      Cons

      Culture/climate is not consistent across departments and can be cut throat. High pressure for short term results.

      Good pay and benefits with overtime on occasion. Access to the lease vehicle program and the 401k match are good.

      Cons

      Sometimes the demands are unrealistic. You are expected to do things that members of manage should not be doing and you may not have adequate time to do your paper work during work hours
