You are able to have immediate exposure and experience dealing directly with clients that in some cases are Fortune five hundred companies.

Cons

The broker and company commission fee splits are difficult because 4-5% of your cut gets automatically put into company REUs that you are not allowed to touch for a certain amount of time and if you leave the company you may lose that money which you earned.
