Pros

Hybrid shift Flexibility Spacious office Very nice colleagues Annual bonus Performance bonus Office location is very strategic Gym and cafe in office Cheap foods in cafe (Like actually grade school-like cheap with better foods) Clean bathroom Spacious surau (for muslims)

Cons

I've heard other companies have more thane 1 month of annual bonus while this company only offer 1 month of annual bonus and performance bonus. I might be wrong but still this is still a good bonus amount but when compared to other companies, it is less.
