Pros

Fantastic work life balance, work from literally anywhere, value making time and space for your personal life.

Cons

Large company pains; very hard to navigate through upper-management politics. Also got acquired with Emerson and left most employees out of the loop

Pros

I am an Application Engineer at NI Yerevan, Armenia, and besides all the great benefits the company provides, I want to emphasize the work-life balance as it is crucial for employees' physical and mental health.

Cons

As an engineer, you should know that sometimes you can not, or more precisely you should not leave your workplace exactly when your shift ends, because you need to finish your task on hand. If you chose to become an engineer, you should accept its pros and cons.
