I returned to work in My First Skool due to the familiarity that I have with the culture and its strong support network. Working in NTUC First Campus is like "A BIG family"! Having a good leader means you "never walk alone" and together with fun-loving, supportive Principals in the cluster gives me the strength to go through the challenges as a team

I enjoy working with my colleagues and leaders in the centre as we have an open communication. Therefore, it is a harmonious environment to work in. We get to communicate openly. There is more than enough trainings and resources for teacher.

The company provides training for fresh teachers to build a strong foundation. The place is very clean.

Cons

Workload is too much with the time given plus we have to be responsible at other tasks aside from teaching hence the focus was not 100% on children
