Discounts and bonuses when your store can meet them.

Cons

Company itself is bias. No help with stores functionality. No communication from higher ups. Always the stores fault never higher management like district managers taking responsibility for not giving the stores what it needs as in the right tools.

Money was decent but not worth it.

Cons

They made us schedule training and conferences on our days off. They also made us clock in and out to ensure that we met the minimum of 60hrs per week.
