lots of down time. discount for parts is awesome.

Cons

if you've worked in the car industry before dont apply. if theres a wrong way to do it. they will warranty they try to find away around it. because it takes from your commission. they sell whole kits for products instead of diagnosing it properly and will still charge you for a diagnostic fee.
