      1> Good infrastructure to work. 2> Most of thing is automated, dont need to panic for basic things. 2> Lot's of party and fun at workplace.

      1> Salary standard is below average. 2> Middle level management should be changed with new generation managers.

      - Excellent brand value in IT Education - Offers multitude of opportunities for professionals of all skillsets - Organization where many old veterans can offer their experiences

      - Not very training efficient for a training company - Not a great pay-master - Many roadblocks for performing ambitious young blood, due to hierarchical structure, as well as old blood in the corporate ladder

      Pros

      NIIT gives a great oppourtunity to learn new technologies. Being with NIIT means you are exposed to new and latest technologies.You should be willing to take challenges

      Cons

      Should be more flexible especially in terms of work time, if you join NIIT Center. Centers asks the technical faculties to do marketing with the existing students. The other cons are the same, that prevails in any other organization.
